Robson Paddles

Robson is a producer of paddles and other kayaking equipment. Their products  guarantee light hearted paddling fun for the recreational paddlers but also offer the latest and most high end material available for hard charging pro boaters.

They have recently decided to sponsor a Nepali team and I was one of the fortunate three to be selcted (Indra Rana and Min Magar a were the other two.) Darren Clarkson-King brought us over a new Fluid paddle this season and I've been out on the rivers testing it out.

I must admit at first I wasn't to keen to switch from my old trusty Robson, but this new one didn't disappoint!

Where it all began.

Kayaking was always in Mailas future. Growing up alongside the Trisuli river in Nepal, everyone guessed what Maila's future was hold. Before he had even turned 8, he showed promise of things to come and he was a natural. Learning from his older brothers who always gave him the opportunity to raft and kayak, Maila quickly grew to love the river and become a great kayaker.
